Terms of Service — Noor by Sawt Tech

These Terms govern your use of Noor, the personal AI assistant offered by Sawt Technology and Marketing LLC (“Sawt Tech”, “we”, “us”, “our”) at app.sawt.tech. By creating an account or using Noor, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Noor is operated by Sawt Technology and Marketing LLC, a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman. Our marketing site is sawt.tech; the Noor application is hosted at app.sawt.tech.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Noor. If you use Noor on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly at hello@sawt.tech if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Noor may offer free trials, paid plans, and usage limits as described in the product. Fees, renewal terms, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout or in your account where applicable. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel through the channels we provide. We may change pricing with reasonable notice where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Noor for unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ data, or third-party services.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service in a way that could impair stability or security.
Use Noor to generate or distribute malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
Circumvent usage limits, billing, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules or to protect users and the service.

6. Third-party services

Noor may integrate with third-party providers (for example, sign-in with Google, email, calendar, or AI inference providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

7. AI output

Noor uses artificial intelligence. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should not rely on Noor as the sole source of legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content, including reviewing it before taking action or sharing it externally.

8. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Noor software, branding, documentation, and related materials. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You retain ownership of content you submit to Noor; you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Noor is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sawt Tech and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of Noor. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or Noor shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Noor in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty United States dollars (USD 50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Sawt Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Noor, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Noor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice as required by law or through the product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Muscat, Oman shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
